This Privacy Policy explains how Penalty Strike (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile game Penalty Strike (the “Game”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We and our third-party partners (see Section 3) may collect the following categories of information automatically when you use the Game:
- Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, language, region/country, screen resolution, and app version.
- Advertising identifiers — your Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, used to deliver and measure advertising.
- Usage & gameplay analytics — events such as app opens, sessions, matches played, in-game progression, win streaks, and ad interactions.
- Approximate location — coarse, non-precise location derived from your IP address (e.g., country/region), used by advertising partners. We do not collect GPS location.
- Network information — IP address and basic connection data.
- Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data to help us fix problems.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask you to provide personally identifying details to play.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Game and its features.
- To display advertisements, including personalized ads where permitted by your consent.
- To measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud.
- To analyze usage trends and gameplay so we can improve balance and content.
- To diagnose crashes and technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising Partners
The Game integrates third-party SDKs for analytics and advertising. These partners may collect and process information (including advertising identifiers and usage data) as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:
| Partner | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob & Google Mobile Ads | Advertising & mediation | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Firebase / Google Analytics | Analytics & diagnostics | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Unity Ads & Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) | Advertising & mediation | unity.com/legal/…privacy-policy |
| Meta Audience Network | Advertising (mediated) | facebook.com/about/privacy |

You can opt out of personalized advertising at the device level using Google’s ad settings (Android) or Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (iOS).
4. Your Consent Choices
iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, we ask for your permission before the advertising identifier is used to track you across apps. You can change this at any time in your device settings.
EEA / UK consent: If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent management platform (UMP) to request your consent for data processing and personalized ads, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process information based on: your consent (for personalized advertising and certain analytics); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Game and to serve non-personalized ads); and legal obligations.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any right, contact us at the email in Section 10.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required, ads shown to younger users are limited to non-personalized advertising. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Our third-party partners retain data according to their own policies.
9. Data Security & International Transfers
We and our partners use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Because our partners operate globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
