4. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates the services below. Each processes data independently under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:

These ad networks may use your advertising identifier and device information to select the ads shown to you and to measure their performance.

5. Your Choices and Controls

5.1 iOS: App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the Game presents the system permission prompt before using your advertising identifier (IDFA). You may decline; the Game remains fully playable, but the ads you see will be less relevant to your interests. You can change this choice at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5.2 Advertising consent (EEA, UK and other applicable regions)

Where applicable, the Game uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent to personalised advertising on first launch. You can reopen that dialog at any time through the in-game "Privacy settings / Ad preferences" entry to change or withdraw your consent.

5.3 Reset or limit your advertising identifier

5.4 Push notifications

You can disable notifications for the Game at any time in your system settings. This does not affect any other functionality.

5.5 Stopping all collection

Because the Game is not tied to an account, uninstalling it stops all collection and deletes the progress stored on your device.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only in these situations:

7. Data Retention

We do not store personal data from the Game ourselves. Each third-party service retains data under its own policy, typically:

Your game progress is stored locally and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

8. Data Security

Data transmitted between the Game and third-party services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using Section 12 and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

The third-party providers above may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Such transfers rely on lawful transfer mechanisms adopted by those providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Your Regional Rights

11.1 European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Our legal bases are your consent (advertising and analytics) and our legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention). You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11.2 California, USA (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

11.3 Saudi Arabia (PDPL)

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to be informed about processing, to access your personal data, and to request its correction or destruction. We obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal data, and a separate consent is obtained for using data for advertising purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawal will not be a condition of your continued use of the Game. We keep records of consent as required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
